Flood Watch
National Weather Service Nashville TN
413 AM CST Sun Feb 11 2018
...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
.A cold front will continue to very slowly move through Middle
Tennessee today. The last of a series of surface lows will move
northeastward along the boundary this morning and add to the low
level forcing that is in place. The southwesterly mid and upper
level flow will continue to provide a moisture rich airmass.
Additional rainfall totals will range from one half inch across
western Middle Tennessee to around 1 inch across the Cumberland
Plateau Region. Area rivers and streams will continue to rise due
to the heavier rainfall that has already fallen.
