* At 701 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain causing minor
  flooding in the advisory area. 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen
  and another one half to one inch is likely through tomorrow.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Cookeville, Lebanon, Crossville, Sparta, Smithville,
  Woodbury, Smyrna, La Vergne, Fairfield Glade, Algood, Monterey,
  Watertown, Baxter, Gordonsville, Walterhill, Rural Hill, Hickman,
  Alexandria and Crab Orchard.
