* At 627 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain causing minor
  flooding in the advisory area. 1 to 3 inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Livingston, Carthage, Jamestown, Celina, Gainesboro, Byrdstown,
  South Carthage, Allardt, Whitleyville, Moss, Dixon Springs,
  Pleasant Shade, Pall Mall, Granville, Dale Hollow Lake, Pickett
  State Park and Standing Stone State Park.
