* Until 800 PM CST Saturday

* At 159 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated one to two inches of rain
  have fallen since this morning, with another one to two inches
  possible through early this evening. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Shelbyville, McMinnville, Lewisburg, Manchester, Spencer,
  Tullahoma, Gruetli-Laager, Tracy City, Monteagle, Chapel Hill,
  Cornersville, Altamont, Coalmont, Morrison, Palmer, Wartrace, Bell
  Buckle, Beersheba Springs, Centertown and Normandy.
