* Until 645 PM CST

* At 1245 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated widespread heavy rain of
  one to two inches has fallen so far today, with another one to two
  inches possible through this evening. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Livingston, Carthage, Jamestown, Celina, Gainesboro, Byrdstown,
  South Carthage, Allardt, Whitleyville, Moss, Dixon Springs,
  Pleasant Shade, Pall Mall, Granville, Dale Hollow Lake, Pickett
  State Park and Standing Stone State Park.
