the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Richland Creek At Belle Meade Near Harding Place AFFECTING Davidson County

. Heavy rainfall has caused Richland Creek at Belle Meade to climb near action
stage. Moderate to occasionally heavy rainfall will continue over the next
several hours along the creek to continue to climb.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 09AM Saturday the stage was 4.8 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* At 5.0 feet...Low lying areas in the Belle Meade Country Club, residential
  areas near Percy Warner Boulevard, and along the creek from Harding Place to
  Belle Meade Boulevard begin to be inundated.
