.Runoff from rainfall on Monday is causing area creeks and streams to rise.
Water levels are expected to crest on Tuesday, and then subside.

* Until late Tuesday night.
* At 11PM Monday the stage was 16.9 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 17.3 feet Tuesday afternoon then begin falling.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
