700 AM CDT...

At 621 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Red Boiling Springs, or 7 miles southeast of Lafayette, moving east
at 35 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Lafayette, Livingston, Celina, Gainesboro, Red Boiling Springs, Moss,
Whitleyville, Pleasant Shade, Rickman, Dale Hollow Lake, Standing
Stone State Park and Boles.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
