...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CDT FOR
WESTERN DAVIDSON...NORTHWESTERN WILLIAMSON AND SOUTHEASTERN CHEATHAM
COUNTIES...

At 105 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. 2 to 4 inches inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is
currently ongoing across the warned area as many roads are covered
in water.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ashland City, Forest Hills, Belle Meade, Kingston Springs, Pegram,
Bellevue, Beaman Park, Bells Bend, Leipers Fork and Natchez Trace At
Highway 96.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
