The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 915 AM CST

* At 610 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain which will cause flooding. Since yesterday afternoon,
  several spots have received 2 to 5 inches of rainfall, with
  additional storms now moving into the area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crossville, Fairfield Glade, Monterey, Crab Orchard, Pleasant Hill,
  Lake Tansi, Cumberland Mountain State Park, Slate Springs and
  Indian Rock Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
