  De Kalb County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northern Van Buren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northeastern Warren County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...
  White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northern Cannon County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 830 AM CST

* At 524 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Since yesterday afternoon, several spots have received 3
  to 5 inches of rainfall, with additional storms now moving through
  the area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Monterey, Watertown, Alexandria,
  Doyle, Dowelltown, Liberty, Auburntown, Hamptons Crossroads, Bakers
  Crossroads, Virgin Falls State Natural Area, Burgess Falls State
  Park, Rock Island State Park, Center Hill Lake, Edgar Evans State
  Park and Fall Creek Falls State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
