  Southeastern Wilson County in Middle Tennessee...
  White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Northern Cannon County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 345 AM CST

* At 1251 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen, and more is expected.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Woodbury, Spencer, Watertown,
  Alexandria, Doyle, Dowelltown, Liberty, Auburntown, Hamptons
  Crossroads, Bakers Crossroads, Virgin Falls State Natural Area,
  Burgess Falls State Park, Rock Island State Park, Center Hill Lake,
  Edgar Evans State Park, Milton and Readyville.
