At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Watertown, or 11 miles northwest of Smithville, moving
east at 25 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Smithville, Watertown, Baxter, Hickman, Alexandria, Dowelltown,
Liberty, Center Hill Lake and Edgar Evans State Park.
