...The flood advisory continues for the Cumberland River...

  Cumberland River At Dover AFFECTING Stewart County

.Water levels behind Barkley Dam and Kentucky Dam are high to alleviate downstream flooding, which has led to high water levels on the Cumberland River near Dover. The following roads along the Cumberland River and the Tennessee River are being impacted: River Road between 190 and the boat dock, Patricia Circle near the boat dock, Frank Earhart Circle from 345 to Brigham Hill Road, Lewis Circle between 158 and 211, Cub Creek Road between 395 and 450, Commissary Hollow Road between 371 and the boat ramp, Eagle Shore Road between 381 and Eagle View Drive, and Short Creek between 574 and 675.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Cumberland River At Dover
* Until Sunday afternoon.
* At 8PM Thursday the stage was 63.6 feet and steady.
* Flood stage is 67.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 63.9 feet by Saturday evening.
* At 64.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river, including agricultural areas
  and access points are inundated.
