...Light Snow Possible near the Tennessee River...
As of 715 am CDT, a band of light snow is approaching the
Tennessee River. Temperatures are expected to warm above freezing
over the next couple of hours, however, not before a dusting of
snow falls in these northwest counties of Middle Tennessee. Any
snow that does accumulate will not stay very long and travel
impacts should be extremely minimal.
As the band pushes eastward towards the I-65 corridor and metro
Nashville, current sunshine should allow temperatures to become
warm enough to warrant only rainfall instead of snow.
