FOR WESTERN OVERTON...EASTERN DE KALB...EASTERN JACKSON...CENTRAL
CLAY...NORTHWESTERN WHITE AND PUTNAM COUNTIES...

At 821 AM CST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles south of Burkesville to Sparta, moving east at
75 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Celina, Gainesboro, Algood, Baxter,
Hamptons Crossroads, Bakers Crossroads, Moss, Burgess Falls State
Park, Edgar Evans State Park and Standing Stone State Park.
