...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MONTGOMERY...NORTHERN CHEATHAM
AND WESTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES UNTIL 1030 PM CDT...

At 947 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles southwest of Clarksville to 7 miles
northeast of White Bluff. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksville, Springfield, Ashland City, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
Pleasant View, Adams, Cedar Hill, Palmyra, Cunningham, Woodlawn and
Cheatham Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
