...Some Light Snow Expected Across Middle Tennessee Today and
This Evening...

Scattered light rain showers will mix with some snow today.
Temperatures will remain well above freezing and the ground is
still quite warm, so most locations will see little or no snow
accumulation. However, some areas east of the I-24 corridor,
especially across the Cumberland Plateau, may see some
accumulation this evening. Locations including Jamestown,
Monterey, and Crossville could have around 1 inch of snow.

No major travel problems are anticipated for most of Mid
Tennessee. A few slick spots are possible on bridges, overpasses,
and secondary roadways, mainly across the higher elevations of
the Upper Cumberland this evening.
