PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL TIGHTEN OVER THE MID STATE...ESPECIALLY
FOR LOCATIONS EAST OF A SHELBYVILLE TO LEBANON TO WESTMORELAND
LINE. SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 40 MPH
WILL BE POSSIBLE...THROUGH AROUND 9 AM....ESPECIALLY FOR THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION. WINDS WILL
START TO LESSEN TO BELOW CRITERIA THRESHOLDS FROM WEST TO EAST
