At 931 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northwest of Ashland City, moving southeast at 35 mph.

Nickel size hail, winds in excess of 40 mph, frequent cloud to
ground lightning strikes, and brief heavy rainfall will be possible
with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Ashland City, Clarksville, Coopertown, Joelton, Pleasant View, Beaman
Park, Cunningham and Cheatham Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
