.The Red River at Port Royal has fallen below Action Stage...and will
continue to fall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* At 02PM Sunday the stage was 24.0 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 18.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
