the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Browns Creek At Tennessee State Fairgrounds AFFECTING Davidson County

. Ongoing heavy rain has caused Browns Creek at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds
to rise above actions stage. The moderate to heavy rain will end over the next
few hours and the creek will quickly drop below action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Browns Creek At Tennessee State Fairgrounds
* At 06AM Saturday the stage was 6.1 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* At 6.0 feet...Low lying areas along the creek in the fairgrounds property
  begin to be inundated.
* At 8.0 feet...Parking areas along the creek on the south and east sides
of the fairgrounds property begin to flood.
