* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Eastern Overton County in Middle Tennessee...
  Pickett County in Middle Tennessee...
  Cumberland County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern White County in Middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...
  Fentress County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 515 PM CDT

* At 122 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Crossville, Livingston, Jamestown, Byrdstown, Fairfield Glade,
  Monterey, Crab Orchard, Allardt, Pleasant Hill, Grimsley,
  Cumberland Mountain State Park, Slate Springs, Pall Mall, Lake
  Tansi, Wolf River Dock, Indian Rock Lake, Clarkrange, Crawford and
  Pickett State Park.

Additional rainfall of 1 inch is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
