* At 251 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Winchester,
  moving northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

* Locations impacted include...
  Winchester, Decherd, Estill Springs, Cowan, Monteagle, Sewanee,
  Tims Ford Lake, St. Andrews, Woods Reservoir and Belvidere.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and deadly cloud to ground
