...The flood advisory is cancelled for the Cumberland River...
Cumberland River At Clarksville AFFECTING Montgomery County
. The Cumberland River at Clarksville is expected to stay below action
stage therefore the advisory is cancelled. More rainfall is possible
this afternoon which could cause the river to rise again.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory is cancelled for
The Cumberland River At Clarksville
* At 09AM Friday the stage was 38.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 46.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 38.4 feet by this afternoon.
* The river will continue to fall to near 35.9 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 40.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river, including agricultural areas,
access points, and portions of Riverfront Park on North Riverside Dr begin to
be inundated. Water also backs up adjacent tributaries, including Bartons
Creek, Red River, West Fork Red River, and Yellow Creek.
