  Cumberland River At Dover AFFECTING Stewart County

.The river will continue a slow rise overnight but is expected to crest Friday
afternoon just below action stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  The Cumberland River At Dover
* At 10PM Thursday the stage was 62.6 feet...and slow rising.
* Flood stage is 67.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 63.7 feet by tomorrow early afternoon.
* At 64.0 feet...Low lying areas along the river, including agricultural areas
  and access points are inundated.
