...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River At Centerville AFFECTING Hickman County

.Heavy rainfall on Monday and Monday night has caused the Duck River at
Centerville to rise into action stage. The river is not expected to reach
flood stage. The river is expected to crest late tonight and begin a slow
fall on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River At Centerville
* Until Friday afternoon.
* At 07PM Wednesday the stage was 18.8 feet...and getting near crest.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 16.2 feet by Friday morning.
* At 17.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the banks.
