  Red River At Port Royal AFFECTING Montgomery and Robertson Counties

.Heavy rainfall Tuesday night caused the Red River at Port Royal to rise.
It crested and will continue to fall to below action stage this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* Until this morning.
* At 02AM Thursday the stage was 25.6 feet...and falling.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 18.5 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
