the following rivers in middle Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal AFFECTING Montgomery and Robertson Counties

.Heavy rainfall yesterday evening has caused the Red River to rise. expect the
river to remain high through tonight, but below flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood Advisory for
  The Red River At Port Royal
* At 02PM Wednesday the stage was 25.9 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
