...Patchy dense freezing fog is developing across Middle
Tennessee...

Spotter reports and surface observations indicate patchy dense
freezing fog is developing across some areas of Middle Tennessee.
Visibilities quickly fall to below a quarter mile in some areas
and slick spots, especially on bridges and overpasses, will
persist through the night. The fog is expected to dissipate in
the mid-morning hours, so motorists should drive with extra
caution through Wednesday morning.
