  Elk River Near Pelham AFFECTING Grundy County

.Heavy rainfall from storms on Thursday has caused the Elk River to rise above
action stage. The river is expected to crest this morning then fall later today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
