AND OTHER BACK ROADS ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE. CONTINUE TO EXERCISE
CAUTION ON AREA ROADWAYS.
WITH NORTH WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH EXPECTED TODAY...WIND CHILL
VALUES WILL BE MAINLY IN THE SINGLE DIGITS NORTH TO TEENS SOUTH
THIS MORNING...WITH A SLIGHT IMPROVEMENT INTO THE TEENS ACROSS
THE ENTIRE MID STATE DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. REMEMBER...IF
GOING OUTSIDE...TO WEAR SEVERAL LAYERS OF LOOSE-FITTING
LIGHTWEIGHT...WARM CLOTHING...ALONG WITH A HAT AND GLOVES.
