...The flood advisory continues for the Richland Creek...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski AFFECTING Giles County

.Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain and sleet and snow fell across the basin over
the last 36 hours along with pre-existing snow and ice melt, which has caused a
significant rise on Richland Creek. Richland Creek has crested and will fall
below action stage by 6 AM Tuesday. The river will continue to slowly fall
Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to near 13.1 feet by Tuesday morning.
* At 16.0 feet...Flooding of low lying agricultural land along the river begins
