* WINDS...SOUTH WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH.
* IMPACTS...TREES AND POWER LINES ARE ESPECIALLY AT RISK FOR BEING
KNOCKED DOWN DUE TO THE ACCUMULATED ICE FROM THIS MORNING.
