  Buffalo River Near Lobelville AFFECTING Perry County

. Recent rainfall has caused the Buffalo River near Lobelville to
rise above action stage. The river is expected to slowly fall
below action stage later this week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Buffalo River Near Lobelville
* Until Wednesday afternoon.
* At 11PM Tuesday the stage was 11.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 12.2 feet by after midnight tomorrow.
* At 12.0 feet...Portions of secondary roads near Old Highway 13 are inundated.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.
