TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
A COLD FRONT WILL SWEEP INTO THE AREA LATE TONIGHT...AND MOVE
ACROSS THE MID STATE DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY. AHEAD OF THIS
FRONTAL PASSAGE...THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AS THE
DAY PROGRESSES AND INTO TONIGHT. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS COULD
REACH STRONG TO POSSIBLY SEVERE THRESHOLDS...WITH DAMAGING WINDS
AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS THE MAIN CONCERNS. SINCE RECENT RAINS
HAVE REVITALIZED THE SOIL MOISTURE OVER MUCH OF THE MID STATE...
ESPECIALLY FOR LOCATIONS AROUND AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 65...
ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH TONIGHT MAY PRODUCE LOCALIZED
FLASH FLOODING PROBLEMS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
