FOR NASHVILLE...
FOR JULY 2015...THE TEMPERATURE AVERAGED 80.8 DEGREES IN
NASHVILLE WHICH IS 1.4 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH WAS
90.1 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 71.5 DEGREES. THE WARMEST
TEMPERATURE WAS 96 DEGREES ON THE 28TH AND THE COOLEST WAS 65
DEGREES ON THE 31ST. NO TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE TIED OR BROKEN IN
JUNE.
RAINFALL FOR JULY 2015 TOTALED 7.07 INCHES WHICH IS 3.64 INCHES
ABOVE NORMAL. THE GREATEST RAINFALL DURING A 24 HOUR PERIOD FELL
ON JULY 1ST INTO JULY 2ND WHEN 2.59 INCHES WAS MEASURED. NO
CALENDAR DAY RAINFALL RECORDS WERE TIED OR SET.
THERE WERE 8 DAYS WITH THUNDERSTORMS IN JUNE.
THE AVERAGE WIND SPEED WAS 4.8 MILES AN HOUR. THE FASTEST WIND
GUST WAS 54 MILES AN HOUR FROM THE NORTH ON THE 28TH.
