...The flood advisory continues for the Duck River...

  Duck River At Columbia AFFECTING Maury County

.Due to heavy rains on Monday and Tuesday...the Duck River at Columbia
continues to slowly rise. The river is forecast to crest just below flood
stage around 30.5 feet this evening before slowly receding below bankfull
stage Thursday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Stay tuned to noaa weather radio or other local media for further information
from the National Weather Service.

The Flood Advisory continues for
  The Duck River At Columbia
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 09AM Wednesday the stage was 27.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* The river will continue to rise to near 30.5 feet by this evening.
* At 32.0 feet...Flood waters overflow the banks and low lying areas near
  Columbia begin to flood.
