THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. WATER THAT MAY HAVE THAWED ON
OTHER ROADWAYS WILL AGAIN REFREEZE TONIGHT...RESULTING IN PATCHES
OF ICE KNOW AS BLACK ICE AS TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN BELOW FREEZING.
BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES WILL ALSO BE VERY SUSCEPTIBLE TO ICING ALSO.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.
AT LEAST THROUGH THE MID MORNING HOURS ON TUESDAY...ROADWAYS
COVERED WITH ICE AND SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO BE HAZARDOUS THROUGH
THE MID MORNING HOURS. PATCHES OF ICE KNOW AS BLACK ICE WILL
