SHOWERS AND OCCASIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL CAUSE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN TODAY. SOILS IN PARTS OF WEST AND SOUTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE
REMAIN WET FROM LAST WEEK/S INTENSE RAINFALL. THUS...FLASH
FLOODING IS POSSIBLE TODAY AND TONIGHT GENERALLY SOUTH OF A LINE
FROM ERIN TO DICKSON TO LEWISBURG. ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THE MAIN THREAT BEING
DAMAGING WINDS.

TENNESSEE ON TUESDAY...WITH DAMAGING WINDS POSSIBLE.
