IOWA WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT INTO EASTERN TEXAS. THIS STRONG
SURFACE LOW PRESSURE CENTER WILL CONTINUE MOVING NORTHEASTWARD
INTO NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN BY LATER THIS EVENING. THIS WILL
DRAG A TRAILING COLD FRONT ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS EVENING
ALSO. ALONG AND AHEAD OF THIS FRONTAL PASSAGE...SUSTAINED WIND
SPEEDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE
