.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.
STRONG SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 TO 45 MPH ARE
EXPECTED ON THURSDAY AHEAD OF A STRONG COLD FRONT THAT WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE REGION THURSDAY EVENING.
THE STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE RAPIDLY ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE
THURSDAY EVENING...WITH A SQUALL LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ALONG THE FRONT. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE
STORMS WILL BE DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS...ALTHOUGH A FEW
TORNADOES WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE SQUALL LINE. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL IS ALSO POSSIBLE WHICH COULD CAUSE PONDING OF WATER
IN LOW LYING AREAS.
