.THE RIVER LEVEL AT FLAT WOODS ON THE BUFFALO RIVER HAS FALLEN BELOW ACTION
STAGE...AND WILL CONTINUE TO FALL. THIS IS THE LAST STATEMENT UNTIL THE RIVER
RISES TO ACTION STAGE AGAIN.

* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO NEAR FEET BY .
* AT 15.0 FEET...WATER BEGINS TO INUNDATE LOW LYING AGRICULTURAL LAND ALONG THE
RIVER FROM NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY TO NEAR LINDEN IN PERRY COUNTY.
