THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FOR LOCATIONS
GENERALLY AROUND AND WEST OF THE I-65 CORRIDOR LATE TONIGHT.
A LINE OF STRONG AND POSSIBLY SEVERE STORMS WILL BEGIN TO MOVE
INTO WESTERN PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE STARTING AROUND MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT AND THEN MOVE INTO CENTRAL PORTIONS OF THE MID STATE.
THESE STORMS WILL MAINLY BE A STRAIGHT LINE WIND THREAT HOWEVER SOME
QUARTER SIZED HAIL MAY BE POSSIBLE. SOME MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL
AT TIMES MAY BE POSSIBLE FOR LOCATIONS ACROSS WESTERN PORTIONS OF
MIDDLE TENNESSEE APPROACHING THE TENNESSEE RIVER VALLEY DURING THE
EVENING HOURS ALSO.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
A POTENT STORM SYSTEM WILL BEGIN TO IMPACT THE TENNESSEE VALLEY
BEGINNING LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. THE
MOST SIGNIFICANT PERIOD WILL BE MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE
MONDAY NIGHT AS POSSIBLE SUPERCELL DEVELOPMENT COULD RESULT IN
LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND ISOLATED TORNADOES.
