THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TONIGHT
A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
EASTWARD ACROSS THE MID STATE OVERNIGHT. SOME OF THE RAINFALL WILL
BE HEAVY AT TIMES...PARTICULARLY ACROSS SOUTHERN AREAS WHERE HEAVY
RAINFALL OCCURRED EARLIER TODAY. AS A RESULT...FLASH FLOODING WILL
BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TONIGHT ACROSS OUR SOUTHERN COUNTIES.
IF TRAVELING AND YOU ENCOUNTER WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH...DO THE
SMART THING...TURN AROUND AND DONT DROWN.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
THE HEAVIER RAINFALL WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST TUESDAY MORNING
AFTER SUNRISE. HOWEVER...KEEP IN MIND THAT FLASH FLOODING CAN STILL
OCCUR HOURS AFTER THE HEAVIER RAINFALL ENDS. IMPROVING CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
