PARTS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE...
A NEARLY STATIONARY FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE TO
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST...COMBINED WITH UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE...
WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT RAIN ACROSS EASTERN AND SOUTHERN PARTS OF
MIDDLE THROUGH TENNESSEE TONIGHT. SOME LIGHT RAIN...FREEZING
RAIN...AND FREEZING DRIZZLE WILL OCCUR IN THOSE AREAS THROUGH THE
MID MORNING HOURS TODAY AND ALSO LATE TONIGHT. HOWEVER...HEAVIER
RAIN SHOULD DEVELOP LATE TODAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. UP
TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN...COULD FALL OVER EASTERN AND SOUTHERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE BY LATE TONIGHT. THIS MUCH RAIN COULD LEAD TO RISES ON
RIVERS AND CREEKS AND MINOR FLOODING CONCERNS.
