MORNING. ALONG AND SOUTH OF A LINE FROM WAYNESBORO TO
CROSSVILLE...LIGHT RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN ARE EXPECTED THIS
EVENING BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO ALL FREEZING RAIN OVERNIGHT. NORTH
OF THAT LINE...A MIX OF LIGHT SLEET AND LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED
