AT 513 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE TRACKING
SEVERAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN MANCHESTER AND SUMMITVILLE...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
LOCATIONS BETWEEN MANCHESTER AND SUMMITVILLE WILL RECEIVE HEAVY
DOWNPOURS OF RAIN...THAT WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING
AREAS. IN FACT...SOME SPOTS HAD HEAVY RAINFALL EARLIER THIS
AFTERNOON...AND COULD RECEIVE BETWEEN ONE AND TWO INCHES OF RAIN
BEFORE THE STORMS DIMINISH. IN ADDITION...SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS
TO 30 TO 40 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.
