THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE TODAY AS TEMPERATURES WARM
WELL INTO THE 80S ACROSS THE AREA. A FEW STORMS COULD BE STRONG
OR MARGINALLY SEVERE...WITH GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL THE MAIN
THREATS.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...
THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WEST OF A LINE FROM
MANCHESTER TO CELINA.
A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE THURSDAY
EVENING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...WITH A LINE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED ALONG THE FRONT. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY BE
SEVERE THURSDAY EVENING INTO THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH DAMAGING WINDS
AND ISOLATED TORNADOES POSSIBLE ALONG WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND
LOCALIZED FLOODING.
ADDITIONALLY...STRONG SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD OF THE FRONT
FROM THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH
WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.
