LEVEL AIR HAVE CREATED FOGGY CONDITIONS ACROSS THE CUMBERLAND
PLATEAU. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO CAUSE WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES OF
A QUARTER-MILE OR LESS PERSISTING FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
MEANWHILE... A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE
